About ENW:
Vision:
Our vision is to create a world in which people show up as their true selves, take ownership of their results, and commit to their own success. Acting with courage and passion, individuals design, unearth, and create their own purpose, however they define it. We are a community of individuals, encouraging each other to collectively live big.
Mission:
To inspire authentic connections
Core Concepts:
CHOICE: I always have a choice in what I make important and how I respond.
ACCOUNTABILITY: I am 100% accountable for all the results I create in my life.
RESPONSIBILITY: An effective response uses the power to pause to create intentional outcomes.
WIN/WIN: I am committed to everyone winning by creating and honoring my own agreements.
TELL THE TRUTH: I am aware of my own truths and committed to sharing them honestly.
