Do you like being excellent?  Do you want to help more people experience excellence?  Would you like to take your excellence to the next level?

In a recent program Janet Ott said, “when you are vibrating high, you can make a difference just by showing up.”

By assisting for one of our programs, you will be able to:

  • Support the learning and development of a diverse group of individuals
  • Stretch your leadership skills
  • Tap into the energy that inevitably comes from each program
  • Have fun while serving the community

To be an assistant you need to have completed the Strategies
for Excellence series of courses (ReSet, BreakThru and
The Practice) and need to have attended an assisting workshop.

Our next assisting workshop will be held: TBA,  2012.

This is a workshop for any graduate of The Practice or The Advancement who hasn't assisted before or who hasn't assisted in a long time and would like a refresher. This workshop is required to assist a ReSet or Break Thru program, so sign up and attend to be ready when the opportunity arises.

If your results group, practice group, or group of friends would like to assist together and needs to schedule a different date, that can be arranged if your group is ready to fill an entire team for an upcoming program.

Please contact Amy Slusher to sign up to assist, to register for the assisting workshop, or with questions about this phenomenal opportunity.

Date: February 1, 2012
Time: 6:30 - 9:00 p.m.
Location: Gateway Centre, 1313 East Maple Street, Conference Room on 2nd floor.
Facilitator: Joanne Kotjan
RSVP to Amy Slusher: 360.715.0105 or email amy@excellencenw.org

P.S. If you are wondering if you “have what it takes” to assist, the key ingredients are: being open and a smile. You do not need to have master facilitation skills or a degree in teaching. It doesn't matter if you took the program last year or 10 years ago (or longer). Every program leader does a fantastic job of making sure each assistant is set up for success.
Context graduates, a similar program that we share many of our values with are also permitted and encouraged to assist.

This is a very cool opportunity. I hope you take it.

Sincerely,

Amy Slusher
