with Janet Ott, 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Gateway Centre, Rainer Room,

Individual and teams’ on-the-job effectiveness is dramatically increased by the skills, strategies, new insights and perspectives learned in ReSet for Excellence. Benefits noted by employers include increased sales and productivity, employees with a desire for improvement, and an increased commitment to the company. Employees that have gone through ReSet often demonstrate better teamwork and morale, an improvement in interpersonal and
communication skills, and an improvement in attitude toward their work. The learned enable employees to have increased ownership of company goals and corporate vision, which results in greater accountability for the company’s overall success.
Free, Please RSVP for this event.
February 1st, Wednesday, Assisting Workshop with Joanne Kotjan,
6:30 pm - 9:00 pm at the Gateway Centre, 1313 E. Maple St. in Bellingham.
If you are wondering if you “have what it takes” to assist, the key ingredients are: being open and a smile. You do not need to have master facilitation skills or a degree in teaching. It doesn't matter if you took the program last year or 10 years ago (or longer). Every program leader does a fantastic job of making sure each assistant is set up for success. Context graduates, a similar program that we share many of our values with are also permitted and encouraged to assist.
Free, Please RSVP for this event.
Please RSVP with Amy at (360) 715-0105 or Amy@excellencenw.org.
