Carol LaCroix
Carol LaCroix was one of the original program leaders for Context Associated and has been active in the field since 1977. Carol received her undergraduate degree at the University of Oregon (her native state) and has a Master's in Therapeutic Counseling.  She has experience with a variety of topics from basic communication skills to leadership dynamics. Her energetic, warm, and direct style helps clients understand complex ideas so that they are easily and quickly applied.  

Carol actively engages people and organizations to increase awareness, deepen insight and enhance results. Her skills range from workshop and process facilitation, curriculum design and development, conflict resolution and mediation, counseling, and coaching.  She has worked with non-profit, for-profit and government agencies and is equally comfortable in the classroom, group settings or one-on-one. 

Carol maintains a private counseling practice specializing in human relations and offers public workshops that address subjects such as ‘Shadow’ (awareness/ integration of the unwanted self), Boundaries, and Relationship Dynamics.  Her business offerings include Effective Communication, Team Assessment/Building, Strategic Planning and Leadership Development.  She has worked with Seattle Public Utilities, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, TOTE, Inc., and Overlake Hospital.

In addition to staying in the process of personal discovery, her interests include jewelry design and creation, gardening, and her three granddaughters to whom she is utterly devoted.
